All guests of the Borgo alle Crete will be offered an emotional and tasty experience of tasting the extra virgin olive oil produced by our farm. A very high quality oil, born from an integrated 0km supply chain of the Varignana land. At the farm’s cellar it will be possible to deepen the experience with sensorial and technical tastings accompanied by platters of genuine and local cured meats and cheeses, under the guidance of expert oil tasters. The tasting will allow you to appreciate the qualities of a good Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the main element of the Mediterranean diet, which is not a simple condiment, but a precious ingredient rich in beneficial properties.
