Tasting experiences of premium extra virgin olive oils and wines, including a guided visit to the winery of Agrivar, one of Palazzo di Varignana’s agricultural estates. The spaces, designed according to semi-underground architectural principles, have been built using natural materials representative of the area, such as olive wood and red bricks, perfectly integrated with the surrounding landscape.

The tasting room is open from Wednesday to Sunday, offering guests a unique experience to discover our oils and wines: Chardonnay, Traditional Method Sparkling Wine, Pinot Noir and Sangiovese Superiore. In summer, the panoramic terrace offers breathtaking views over the vineyards.

In the beautiful setting of the Bolognese hills you can enjoy outdoor activities and go on nature excursions such as walking among the olive groves and vineyards up to the wonderful natural Anfiteatro sul Lago, an exceptional location which has already hosted several events linked to the world of wine tourism, such as concerts and an open air cinema with tasting.
