Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the result of a meticulous crushing and milling process, bringing an authentic flavor and superior quality to your table. We offer four monocultivar and two multivarietal oils, the fruit of a careful selection of the finest cultivars.
The winery of one of the agricultural estates of Palazzo di Varignana, alongside native grape varieties such as Sangiovese and Albana, produces also international varieties including Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The products we offer come from the agricultural estate Agrivar, which, like Ca’ Masino, is part of the agricultural ecosystem of Palazzo di Varignana. It represents a shared supply chain rooted in the territory and sustainability, reflecting the values, vision, and quality standards we uphold.
